Research Indicates Googling Good For Brain

October 16th, 2008 · No Comments

Welcome back!

Recent findings indicate people who are surfing the net reading campaign news and checking out eBay, may be stimulating and improving their minds.

According to a UCLA study, middle-aged and older Americans who have prior internet search experience are increasing brain activity much like exercising helps the body.

More research is necessary to fine tune the results, but this is good news for people who are at risk for dementia and love surfing the internet.

Now if we could only have this much fun while exercising.

What do you think? Are you an internet surfer? Do you think it helps your mind stay active or does frustration have an opposite affect?
